Catholicism Series Continues: The second session of Fr. Barron’s “Catholicism Series” starts the week of February 3rd and runs for six sessions, skipping the week of March 3rd (Spring Break). If you were not a participant in the Fall sessions and would like to join a group, email slima1@comcast.net, and we will try to fit you into a group.

Volunteers Needed:  We are almost out of altar servers for the 7:30 am Sunday Mass.  We are now recruiting adults to train to serve the Mass.  This is for men and women.  You will not wear a robe like the youth, just dress up nicely.  If you wish to help out in this way, please call the parish office or let me know.  Thank you.

New Sound System: The new sound system for the church finally arrived last weekend. Unfortunately, to make installations of one of the new speakers possible, we had to take down the Christmas tree a week early. Hopefully, by the time you read this the installation is complete. It may take a few weekends to fine tune the adjustments, but it will definitely be an improvement.

March for Life Vigil: Because the presidential inauguration falls on the anniversary of the   Supreme Court’s decision to legalize all abortions, the day of the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. will be Friday, January 25th, instead of January 22nd. So our annual prayer vigil on the eve of the march will be Thursday, January 24th, beginning at 7:00pm. Thursday evening confessions will follow the prayer vigil at around  7:30/7:45pm.

Pastoral Council Changes: Last month Beth Beattie stepped down from our Parish Pastoral Council for family reasons. Tracy Sepich has agreed to serve the remaining 18 months of Beth’s term. Thank you, Beth, for all you have done, and thank you, Tracy, for all you will do.
