Finance Council
The Parish Council is a group of lay representatives from the parish who advise the pastor in both spiritual and practical matters regarding Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

     The parish finance council advises the pastor in temporal and fiscal matters concerning Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
Outreach Committee
Outreach, a standing committee of Parish Pastoral Council, is charged to promote Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church as a welcoming worshipping community in order to renew parish life, to attract fallen-away Catholics, and those looking for a church in which to praise God
