Outreach, a standing committee of Parish Pastoral Council, is charged to promote Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church as a welcoming worshipping community in order to renew parish life, to attract fallen-away Catholics, and those looking for a church in which to praise God. Some of its principle activities are Theology on Tap, Signs of Faith, and Come Home."
